We can arrange private transportation service for a charge. This service can pick you up or take you to either of the airports in the San José area and can also be arranged for private tours and trips.

There are also orange taxis available at the airport and they know the Hotel Grano de Oro location.

Our Check-in Time is at 3pm. Please let us know your arrival time and we will do our best try to accommodate you.

Our a-la-carte breakfast service is offered in our restaurant from 7am until 10:30am daily.

If you are leaving early and would like a box breakfast, feel free to make your order in the restaurant before 9pm the evening prior to your departure or by email prior to your arrival. Your box breakfast will be ready for pickup in reception the next morning.

You will also find a coffee station at the lobby of the hotel from 4am until 7am. 

Cafe Britt Espresso makers are also available in all rooms as well as complimentary mini-bar non-alcoholic drinks and snacks.

No. We do not permit smoking anywhere on hotel property. Costa Rica has passed very strict non-smoking legislation and it is prohibited to smoke in public places. Thank you for understanding.

Yes. We offer complimentary luggage storage while you travel within the country. Feel free to leave any bags you don’t need at reception. We will keep them in a secure storage room until your return.

Yes, we recommend making reservations at Restaurante Grano de Oro as the restaurant is often busy, especially during dinner.
